Born in Cork City, Gerald O’Flynn grew up inspired by artists such as The Beatles, James Taylor, and Johnny Cash. His debut single in 1991 reached the Irish Top 10, praised by Larry Gogan as one of the best debut double A-sides of its time. Since then, Gerald has released six albums, with five dedicated to Ireland’s most cherished songs, making him a celebrated voice in Irish music.
